College Park School is a new K-9 elementary school and daycare facility that is located in Lloydminster, AB. The building is designed to meet the LEED silver certification and features a solar wall, large windows and clerestory windows to allow light to penetrate to the interior spaces.

The school has a two storey component with 5 modular pods. It is designed as a steel superstructure with a composite concrete and steel second floor system. The main floor construction is a concrete structural slab supported on continuous flight auger (CFA) friction piles.
