220 Wall Street is a new office building located in downtown Saskatoon. The project involves construction of a new three storey office building and arrived on budget. The building structure consists of a two way concrete slab with one level of underground parking. The screening at the top of the building serves dual purpose and acts as a guard rail. There is also an outdoor roof space as well as a partial green roof.
