JC Kenyon Engineering provided structural engineering services to Harvard Developments Inc., for this new office building in downtown Regina.  The project involved construction of a new 20 storey office tower with a floor area of approximately 25,500 sqm.  The building is a cast-in-place concrete structure that was designed to LEED Gold Certification.  The project included two levels of underground parking and was completed in 2013.
