The Eden Care Communities Village Project in north Regina includes two 9-storey buildings.  The Village Project creates a mixed-use site that includes 288 long term care beds, 58 affordable housing suites, an integrated primary health care and wellness centre and retail and business space including a pharmacy and café.  The project delivery method is Lean Integrated Project Delivery (Lean IPD).
