This project includes a large mix of development including residential, commercial, retail and parking. The project requires partial demolition and redevelopment of the existing Eau Claire Market. The basic features will include three levels of underground parking, six levels of podium structure including a theatre complex and four residential towers above the podium. Two of the towers will extend 19 floors above the podium while the other two will be lower in height.
